I have contacted Deep creek Concierge many time over the last couple of years to help me with my STR home ( I don’t live locally) and they have been amazing! They have even shopped for the items needed and did the repairs. Their prices are fair and reasonable!
I don’t remember who recommended them to me but they are the best and I am so grateful for them . Thanks Mark and crew!!

Mark and Solar at Deep Creek Lake Concierge (DCLC) have been tremendous partners for us at Wild Yough Glamping Huts. As remote owners of a small hospitality business in Garrett County, DCLC has helped us maintain the highest quality and ensured the best experience for our guests. In addition to on-demand management activities such as deep cleaning, guest welcoming, and lodging preparation, they have also been very helpful in expanding our social media presence and sharpening our branding. We would highly recommend them as partners in Garrett County.

We have been fortunate enough to have these two wonderful gentlemen help us year after year, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them! From grocery shopping and unloading cars to gathering firewood and taking care of all the little details, they are always there to lend a hand. No request is ever too big or too small!
They are dependable, thoughtful, hardworking, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to make our weekend effortless so we can spend more time doing what we came for — enjoying family, laughter, and making memories!
They have become part of our annual tradition, and we genuinely look forward to seeing them each year. Five stars simply aren’t enough! We appreciate you both more than you know! Hats off to Mark and Solar for a job well done!
